ReplyDeleteboleh la dear..cm snek contohnya..ada seorang lelaki cuba diet ngn makan snek je slama sebulan, kemudian turun terus 10kilo..berbaloi.. sbb xsentuh makanan yg banyak lemak... leh makan tp kurangkan kalori.. salah satu huraian drpd 10 idea tu la,,hehe try la,,even nasi pon kalau makan..kna exercise juga baru berbaloi-baloi..hehehe
